Jill has a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies as well as Certificates in Sustainable Community Development, Social Justice, Mental Health & Addictions, as well as multiple Yoga Teacher Certifications. Her interest in helping others through personalised care and passion for the art of healing touch has led her to attend West Coast College of Massage Therapy where she recently graduated. With a diverse range of techniques at her fingertips, including general swedish, myofascial release, trigger point release, PNF stretching, among many others, Jill approaches each client as the unique individual they are, offering not only skilled hands but also compassion and curiosity. She is continuously seeking knowledge to enhance her practice and provide the most effective treatments possible. She understands that bodies are constantly in flux, so her approach to massage adapts to meet the changing needs of each client, ensuring a truly beneficial experience every time. Jill believes our relationship to our bodies plays a role in our relationship to the world around us, and she is passionate about making the world a better place one massage at a time. Beyond the massage table, Jill finds solace and joy in the great outdoors, indulging in activities like hiking, trail running, and camping. Always up for adventure, she loves to explore new places, laugh with friends, and unleash her creativity through art. She is also an avid reader and loves to expand her intellectual horizons whenever possible
